At Venezia, we want to make sure shopping at our online store is as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent.   • Refunds can be issued for all non worn, non damaged (including makeup marks) items (apart from bodies & underwear for hygiene reasons,these are non refundable) provided you email us in advance with a valid reason and send the item back to us within 10 business days of receipt at your own postage cost and with all labels still in tact.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Any damaged items that were in good condition prior to being delivered to our customers will not be eligible for return and customers must provide a photo of any damage along with an email as to what is wrong with the item prior to sending it back to us within 10 business days of receipt of the item.  If the item is approved and registered as being faulty, you will be able to send it back to us for reimbursement.

  • Venezia as a business accepts no responsibility for tracking any returned items- this is the customer's responsibility.

  • Venezia as a business accepts no responsibility for the maintenance of your garments once they have been bought by the customer. Customers are responsible for following all garment/ accessory care instructions. 

  • Jewelry is not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Paypal is our only form of payment at present and is safe and secure. 

  • FREE tracked shipping worldwide.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of your purchases although with Covid there may occasionally be a longer wait.

  • Discounts for artists- please visit the Special Offers page.

  • The Personal Shopping fee is redeemable against your purchases with us and is a service exclusively provided to purchasing products from Venezia only.

  • No personal details such as delivery addresses, contact numbers, email addresses and names will be shared with third parties other than our delivery partners.
